New Beach Metal Post?

Anyone know where the Big Metal Post at New Beach has gone? I am just a bit worried it could be under the water !

It disappeared a couple of months back, and the rocks around there have budged about a bit too, so be careful when paddling close up the rip, as they are submerged!
