Prone paddle race boards

I would like to shape myself a prone paddle board similar to the bark commander however I have never seen or had a good look at one and just wondered if there was anyone in the Brighton area who does have that type of board I could take a look at before I start. Many thanks

i forgot to mention i started a small fb group to try and get anyone looking to find other local dw surfers or paddlers in the area together to help organise runs here

Charlie What size SUP board are you using? i have a few in the pic I'm on a 16' but we all so use 14' and 12'6 a lot. In the winter we go down to langstone harbour were you could almost use a surfboard is so good when its blowing 50knots onshore. The faster the board is the more waves you will catc...

we have been having some fantastic down wind surfing recently in this super good weather and afternoon sea breezes, if you longboard i really can't recommend giving it ago enough if you like long mellow cruzy waves with no crowds its perfect, the few of us that go really can't believe there are not ...

been having some supper fun down winders recently with all this wind and the best bit is its never crowded! its probably better than most of the average days we get in brighton.

pete symms down in the wittering builds some lovely longboards and fish.well worth going down at having a chat with him.
